- Project information, including briefs, footage, feedback and files you upload
- Billing details, processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working well

- To process payments and keep required records
- To improve our website and service
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your footage to train AI models.
4.How long we keep it
Project footage and files are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you need re-exports. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
5.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll help.
