These terms explain how working with Editsondemand works: what we deliver, what we need from you, and how payments, revisions and ownership are handled. By buying a pack or starting a project, you agree to them.

1.Our service
Editsondemand provides human-made video editing for creators, brands and agencies. Packs, pricing and inclusions are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Premium projects are scoped individually. Their deliverables, timeline and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2.Briefs and footage
Great edits start with a clear brief. For each video, please share:
- The footage you want used, organised so we can find it
- The platform and aspect ratio
- Any references, brand assets or must-have moments
- Your preferred deadline, if different from standard turnaround
Turnaround starts once we have a complete brief and all footage. If something is missing we'll ask before we begin.
3.Turnaround
First drafts are normally delivered within 48–72 hours of a complete brief, excluding weekends and public holidays. Videos in a pack are worked on in the order you submit them.
Very long source footage, unusual formats or complex requests may need more time — we'll tell you up front if so.
4.Revisions
Each video includes the number of revision rounds listed for your plan. A round is one consolidated set of notes on a draft.
Revisions refine the edit within the original brief. A new concept, new footage or a different format counts as a new request and uses another video from your pack.
Please send feedback within 14 days of delivery. After that, the video is treated as approved so our editors can keep schedules moving.
5.Payments and packs
Packs are paid in advance. Each pack is valid for the period shown at purchase; unused videos expire at the end of that period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes that apply in your location.
6.Ownership and licences
Once paid in full, you own the final exported videos and can use them commercially, including as paid ads.
You confirm you have the rights to all footage, music and assets you send us. Any stock or music we license is used under the terms of that licence.
We may show your work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to, or the project is covered by a confidentiality agreement.
7.Confidentiality
We treat your footage, briefs and unreleased content as confidential. Access is limited to the people working on your project. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA for any project.
8.Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Editsondemand's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected videos. We aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue or reach.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our service after an update means you accept the new terms.
